"And the first reason is this, that we may work in righteousness, and lay the foundation of making the earth a common treasury for all, both rich and poor, that everyone that is born in the land may be fed by the earth his mother that brought him forth, according to the reason that rules in the creation." WIPE OUT

For three years straight we toured the nation
When we get through we needed a vacation
We wanted to party and get a little rest
So we packed our things and headed out west
We got our surfboards took the beachball out
Jumped in a limosuine ready to wipeout

Now were ready to go
Here we go here we go
One one two one two one two hit it d
Here we go

The sun went down and the night began
We was rapping for the people cold chillin boppin
We was partying hard making lots of noise
When around the corner came the real beach boys
So we all jumped up and started to shout
Lets all sing the song called the wipeout

Wipin out wipe out
Wipin out wipe out
Wah wah wah
Wipin out wipe out
Wipin out wipe out
Wah wah wah
Wipin out wipe out
Wipin out wipe out
Wah wah wah
Wipin out wipe out
Wipin out wipe out
Hey watch out
Wah wah wah
Wipin out wipe out

Who would'a thunk it. Senate control boils down to Tester in Montana!

Imagine the battle royale about to unfold as the US Congress re-asserts its Constitutional roll against Cheney Inc.. Lessee--I do want to know much more about: Cheney Inc.'s manipulation of pre-war intelligence, the marginalization of Iraq expertise at foggy bottom, the vote suppression efforts-especially false flag robocalls and any illegal shadiness, and, while you're at it Dem Congress, would you please look into the distribution of faith-based funds?

Bring it on.

Irony. The Rovian dream of fifty years of Republican rule get dashed on the sharp rocks of incompetence, and in the shallow waters of mendacity and greed. I suppose too the dream gets ripped apart by the absurd characterization of the Democrats as being "for the terrorists".

Nobody much. (except us pointy headed types,) cares about the radical anti-constitutionalism of Cheney Inc.'s unitary executive, but, at a minimum, George Bush, is, apparently, every bit the King as was, say, King George III. And, we know what the all-American response to him was.

I'll be looking to see how many evangelicals left the royalist tent, how the hispanic vote went, and, how badly African-Americans and women spanked Ken Mehlman. The demographic trends over the next 15+ years don't favor the current Republican political aesthetic at all. Overall, the young aren't gay hating or church goers; the baby boomers aren't social darwinists; and once immigrant first-second-third generation citizens, as well as actual immigrants, aren't anti-immigrant.
